1. Provision of Services

Datain provides instant database provisioning and managed database infrastructure using Docker Containers, MicroVMs, and dedicated Manster Kernel nodes depending on your selected plan. We may update the underlying environment to improve security, reliability, and performance.

2. Billing and Payments

Services are billed on a recurring basis unless a fixed prepaid term is specified. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of access to your services.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that database provisioning is a digital service delivered immediately after activation.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Datain services for spam, phishing, malware delivery, unauthorized access attempts, illegal hosting, or any other unlawful activity. Abuse of infrastructure, including attempts to disrupt platform stability or other tenants, is strictly prohibited.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content and workloads you run on your instances. While Datain may provide backup features depending on plan, you are responsible for maintaining your own recovery strategy for critical data.

6. Suspension and Termination

Datain may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or applicable law. Customers may cancel active subscriptions through the dashboard at any time.
