Refund Policy
Effective date: March 18, 2026. This policy explains when refunds are available for Datain services.
Datain provides digital infrastructure services that are provisioned shortly after payment. Because delivery is immediate, refunds are generally limited to the cases listed below.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge date.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- You were charged for a service that was not successfully provisioned.
- You were charged multiple times for the same order due to payment error.
- The delivered service materially differs from the plan you purchased.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful provisioning of the selected plan.
- Partial billing cycle usage where services remained available and functional.
- Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use requirements.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal for the next cycle. Active service usually remains available until the end of the current paid period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Open a billing ticket from your dashboard, or email [email protected] with your account email, invoice ID, and a short description of the issue.
