General Policies
These are the standard policies governing the usage of Datain's infrastructure, including our Docker Container, MicroVM, and Manster Kernel environments.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our infrastructure is designed for high-performance database hosting. Customers may not utilize the rental instances to conduct malicious network scanning, launch DDoS attacks, host illegal content, or attempt to exploit the Manster Kernel isolation layers.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any malicious activity, including but not limited to network attacks, phishing, unauthorized access attempts, or abuse of our infrastructure, will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated databases without prior notice. Datain reserves the absolute right to protect its infrastructure and cooperating tenants by terminating abusive users.
Security Policy
All hosted databases are secured using AES-256. While we provide robust underlying security, clients are responsible for managing their individual database user passwords and connection strings.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim for 99.99% uptime. System maintenance that requires potential downtime or node restarts will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via the dashboard notifications.
